I noticed that you added a photo of Eugene Raymond Courtney. I was wondering where you found this photo? Are you related? He was my grandmother's first cousin.

Dear Anonymous,

my name is Loc Jankowiak and I live in Southern France in the little town of Pertuis, liberate by the American heroes of the 45th Infantry Division. I'm an amator historian and I search everything on the liberation of Southern France in 1944 by American troops. I'm looking for the pictures to see the faces of our liberator and I would like to know if it will be possible to use the picture Alfrer G. Wolge, who was part of the 30th IR of the 3rd ID and missing in action in August 1944, with the source of the picture, if possible.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

RE: Moses Cornelius picture
Thank you so much! That's a fascinating article. Have you done much research on the Cornelius family?

Thank you very much for the addition to my dad's page. I've seen this photo, but didn't know it was a news clipping. Is there a source you recommend finding this info? I'm working on a family research project. Again, many many thanks.

Thank you for your response. This couple is my 3rd great grandparents. I am totally brick-walled with them. Do you know if there were any other related graves in proximity to them? (Smiths) I can't even find Sarah's maiden name!!! :-(
