I am an architect living in Ohio with a teenaged daughter and many pets. I have a leaning towards things sustainable and environmentally responsible.

I discovered a passion for family history in my late thirties, and now several years later am active in researching and saving genealogical and historical information related to all of my family lines. My feeling is that posting old family photos and information online will not only help my distant relatives to find their roots just as I've so enjoyed finding mine, but also preserve the images that might otherwise be lost forever. The more people who have a photo, the longer that photo and the person in it stay relevant. The genealogy community needs all of its members to make this process work and to make the information available!
