I have just recently become interested in genealogy, but wish I had gotten so much much earlier. I am currently attempting to get the information entered on ancestry.com that my mother and another lady, and others researched and put together several years ago on the Feazel family. I will also be doing research on the Hodges, Steed, Jarrell, Bishop and Oldham families.|
Any of you are more than welcome to use the pics I take in your ancestor research. It is my pleasure to be able to take these pics and will continue to do so as long I am able.

|Thomas Whitehead||Turner and Mary Ruth Morgan|
I saw where you had the memorials of Turner and Mary Ruth Morgan in the Old Saline Baptist Cemetery, Bienville Parish, Louisiana. I noticed that they had no dates and that they were new markers. I am thinking that they are the markers of Turner and Mary Ann Morgan that was in the 1850 and 1860 Census of Noxubee County, Mississippi. They were in the 1880 Census of Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. Mary was the daughter of Henry Ruff, Jr. d. 1856 Noxubee County, Mississippi and Maria Eve Summer Ruff. The name Ruff is pronounced Roof and Ruth also. This may be the reason that it has Mary Ruth Morgan on her tombstone instead of Mary Ann Morgan. I would appreciate any information you can share.
