Bio and Links
I have been doing genealogy for many years and have been able to trace my ancestors and my husbands back to their villages in then West Prussia, Poznan, Mecklenburg, & Wuerttemberg. I'm just starting adding the gravesites to this website, so hopefully those searching will have answers to their questions. The dates I use, especially births, are usually from the primary source of birth/baptismal records from the Catholic church. They occasionally differ from those dates used after emigration to the U.S.

I changed the size of the photo file in the original uncleaned monument picture by simply cropping it, and got it to flip upright on Find A Grave. You probably already know the limitations of the file size....especially because I was using my phone and had it set for a 16:9 aspect ratio, instead of 4:3. Sorry for taking up so much of your time! Mark

RE: Kielma Anna Photo
No problem. I can't turn the original photo because the file is too large....and obviously I can't retake that one, but as soon as you open the file, (because it's scaled) it turns upright! I hope these are loved by the family! Mark

That's actually what I'm trying to do right now! I already went out and retook the pics this morning. I like to make the stones I take pictures of look as good as possible cause I think their relatives will appreciate it. After all that scrubbing I did I want to show off the final result without the sunlight affecting the shot! Anyways, the pics will be loaded in just a few minutes! Mark

Hello, I was so happy to find the bio you created for Anna Kielma, my great-grandmother. Her daughter Clara Kielma Piotrowski (1899-1980) was my grandmother. I have been searching for any info on my great-grandfather, Stanislaus Boleslauw Kielma (1873-1949). Have you come across the names of any of his relatives or know anything about his parents/background that you could share? If so, pls send me a private email. Thank you so much for the beautiful bio of Anna. She passed before my dad was born but now at 90 he was thrilled to know more about her!

Do you still have a copy of the family book by Myrtle Loose? I had one, but it received water damage due to a broken pipe. I would be happy to pay for the cost to copy it.
Martin was my gr. gr. gr. grandfather. I am part of the Cuhrt family. Thank you so very much. You can email me at dehjudge@aol.com

RE: Good Family Photos
Thank you - I posted the memorial and it was one Added by: Audrey Allison who photographed the cemetery along with several others. I will pass this on to her as she has walked many cemeteries in the area and then sorted through them and posted to correct graves. A real task but always worthwhile for everyone searching. Thank you again

RE: Phillip Bastian
It was my pleasure. My sister Arlene's late husband was Paul Bastian. I also got some of the relatives linked and requested photos of gravestones for them. Some of those requests were fulfilled
