Bio and Links
I have been doing genealogy for many years and have been able to trace my ancestors and my husbands back to their villages in then West Prussia, Poznan, Mecklenburg, & Wuerttemberg. I'm just starting adding the gravesites to this website, so hopefully those searching will have answers to their questions. The dates I use, especially births, are usually from the primary source of birth/baptismal records from the Catholic church. They occasionally differ from those dates used after emigration to the U.S.

Bastian relatives question
Dear Mrs. Wolfmeyer,

Is your husband a son of Amanda Bastian Wolfmeyer? I am curious because Arno and Mildred Bastian were my grandparents (son Keith was my father). I remember my grandfather talking about Amanda, Lawrence, and his Aunt Wilma.

Have either of you traveled to Germany to visit the places your ancestors lived?

Thank you for all of the photos and information you have put on this website!

Give me a little time to enhance them. This constitutes permission. Do you need us to go get any more photos?

John Kolasinski - Holy Cross
There was a request for picture, Harry and Elennor (Kolansinski) Frymark. Which I did. They are on the west side of his marker. I was surprised when I saw you added John and Frances.

I added sister Genevieve "Jean" Kolasinski Briles (east side). The Kutz graves (west side) are empty.

I know where they are and will get a picture when it is nice out, someday.

RE: Loroff Photos
I go to Holy Cross almost weekly (I seem to never to run out of family pictures there). I also take photo at Wood and Calvary. I drive by Saint Adalberts Cemetery and near Mount Olivet Cemetery on the way to work.

So if you want any picture is these cemeteries just ask.

I think that may be a family plot. This is a huge cemetery with 45,000 burials. We have several thousands pics that we are in the process of posting. Check back.....
