I am an amateur Vermont historian, and am presently working on a project to identify the last resting place of many of our Civil War veterans. This "trip" has taken me to Iowa, where is listed several hundred vets, with Vermont ties,that made this their last home. In browsing Find A Grave I have found two in Clinton County which you have posted a marker photo for ( Miner E.Fish & Denison Rexford), I am asking if you would give me permission to add these to the 'Vermont Civil War Data base?'
If you would like to "check this out" you can go to " www.vermontcivilwar.org. I have contributed many items, photo's, letters, obit's etc, and through it have learned more about the CW. than I ever did in High School history class.
You would receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration.

You have an incorrect marker photo on Arnold P. Walliker's (#6688005) memorial. I was just in Springdale cemetery today and took the correct one. Please remove yours to avoid confusion. Thanks!

|Marsha Ashby||Adding Children to Memorial|
I have two memorials, #113996644 and #113996665, for Friedrich and Sophie Puetsch Doehrmann. This couple had two other children not listed on their memorial, and I wasn't sure if they could be added now with a link to their memorial. First is Frederick Conrad Doehrmann, #113996639, (your creation) (also wife Sophie, son Melwin, and daughter Dollene W and Verenon E Schocker who do not have a memorial - buried at St. Paul's in Wheatland). The second child and family to add is Christian (Chris) W E Doehrmann, #125777618, wife Dora, #125777584, dau Luetta W, and Elmer Klahn, # 123782634 and #123782588, Klahn son to add is Don E Klahn, #104899873. (Christian, Dora, Luetta, Elmer were created by someone else, and Don died out of state so his is also by someone else. I understand if it isn't possible, but thought I would check.

Find A Grave Memorial #107545864:
I question the tombstone photo on the memorial for Sarah Dove Martin. She married Fayette Martin but the tombstone says Nathan Martin. She died 1879 not 1864 as on the tombstone. Guess you should remove it. Sorry about the inconvenience. Nice and greatly appreciated work otherwise! Joyce
