I live in Tennessee and I am looking for the surnames of Barlow, England, Matthews, Ward, Poston, Masters, McGee, Allen, Lee, Grant, and Bradley. I am trying to locate as many generations of these names as I can for my own family research. While I am knocking around the cemeteries, I will do what I can to help anyone with documentation of other burials. If anyone in Overton county, or the surrounding counties has an ancestor as a veteran, and the current marker is in really bad shape, I can help get a new VA marker put up for free. We put up several every year for families, free of charge and they are very happy with it. | |

 | Alford Barlow Hi Chris, I have a bit of a mystery on my hands and hope you could help me with it.After a little research I found out that my grandfather Alford Barlow #32103631 is the son of William Barlow # 32098667 and is mentioned in Malissie Greer Barlows memorial #32098762 as a stepson.Trouble is he is not listed as a child of either of Williams other wives listed. My father knows of Malissie and remembers her but can't remember much of anything else about the other two wives.Susan Harris Barlow shows she had 7 children but shows no children for Lillie Lemons Barlow.Just wondering if you might be able to shed some light on this ? | | | william campbell

 | RE: Sarah J. Qualls Grave Chris,
Sarah J. Qualls was b. 1845. Her mother was Melvina or Lavina Quarles b. about 1805 and father was Nathan Quarles b. about 1793. I have not been able to locate these graves so far. It seems the name changed to Qualls in Sarah's generation.
Sarah did not marry but had 5 children. I have located all her children via Find a grave which is amazing! Really appreciate all the work that you and others have put in to this site.
Thanks for the quick response - I will keep digging!

 | Harriet Dennis Thank you for transferring Harriet Knox to me. I was able to set a memorial for Amanda Francis Masters. #97097994 I do not a picture of her if you do please add it. She may not have a tombstone. An Oklahoma photo volunteer is looking. Nor all the children have been located on Find A Grave. But trying. Thank you so much.
