I recommend that you request transfers if you have more information about those persons than the other managers. They may be willing to let you manage the ones they created. If they refuse, ask Find A Grave to settle the issue. (Find A Grave FAQ's are clear that the original memorials have greater rights over ones that are created later and it's never acceptable to create a memorial just because the creator of the original memorial refuses to transfer the original to an unrelated (outside 4 generations) manager.)
