My husband and I began researching our family history when he retired 19 years ago. He has diligently been searching for our ancestors, while I fill in where I can. We were told about this website by a fellow member of our Genealogy Society . Upon checking it out, I found that the cemeteries where most of our ancestors are located had very few postings. Over the years we have acquired many photos of our family headstones, and in cases where we came across a small cemetery, we took pictures of all the stones. As we continue our research, we have found those extra photos invaluable because we found relatives we didn't know were ours when we took the photos.
Our main area of research is in Pennsylvania for Stumpf's and King's; Northern New Mexico for Silva's and Chavez's and the valley of Southern Texas – the Cameron and Willacy County area for Trevino's.
We currently live in Cheyenne, WY and would be able to assist with photo requests for the South Eastern area of Wyoming.
