I have been doing genealogical research for 47 years. This site allows me to share the information I have gathered. Some of my lines are Guthery, Brock, Bradley, Speegle, McCain, Hardiman, Miles, and Cheatham. My husband's lines include Farmer, Woody, Childress, Allison, Chambers, Reynolds, and Mays. |
I am organizing my research for my children and grandchildren and sharing with anyone who is interested.

You're welcome on all the pictures. I had given up and was checking one more section on way to car when found Sherrell. ( do you know which is correct spelling-sherrell or sherrill? My dads is Sherrell. )
Found Tuckers while driving out, saw name and stopped. Both jewell & james family headstone is beside john ransom & luara family headstone.
At some plots they will have a headstone with it set in the middle of several plots so that burials on both sides are related.
I took pics of those that are around the same headstones.

Gma Inez would say there was one brother for each set of sisters. she considered Hers and Berties to be Harold Zimmerman.
Were do you fall into the Guthery's?

I can't believe I just found you through F-A-G!!! I was on the Springhill Baptist Church list and saw where you requested a photo!!! It is a small world. I can't find my aunt and uncle's names on the list of interments and my cousin, their daughter just five minutes ago told me they are buried here. They died several years ago. Do you know how I go about requesting it from this Church's cemetery? i can't wait to tell Kathy I found you here!

|Patricia Leonberger Hooper||"Nicknames"|
I too am getting these odd requests to move maiden names to the 'Nick name" option. Not doable as they are correct to begin with. Find a Grave uses the quotation marks to identify a "Nick name" the maiden name is in italics, if there is a maiden name. Some people are confused about this. Guess they have never added a memorial with a "Nick name" or a maiden name. Don't give in, I offered to remove the "Nick name" that they were so concerned about, and did. Next request ( their error was realized) was to put them back on the memorial. If it is correct it stays the same. You are doing a great job! Patricia
