I am the Adjutant of Prospect 10th Regiment Camp 1749 Sons of Confederate Veterans. Genealogy,local history,and preserving the Memory of our Confederate Ancestors is what I enjoy pursuing.It gives me great satisfaction to be able to find where a lost grave is located and provide that person with a tombstone. We also Honor Confederate Soldiers,buried in various locations, with Memorial Services at least once a year. We are not a racist organization like the media portrays us. We are not associated with any hate groups. I also enjoy fulfilling local photo requests, as long as it is not a "wild goose chase".I have enjoyed working on Memorials with each of you that I have had the privilege of and will help anyone that I can. We can learn alot about where we came from and have Faith that where we are going is a better place.|

In a recent phone conversation I mentioned the following individual, Find A Grave Memorial# 31506445.
This John Green was born in 1762 according to his tombstone. The cemetery (Princes Creek)is located on Blackmoor Golf Course. The only connection I see to my relatives are that several Tillmans are buried there. The Tillmans buried there are descendants of Elisha Tillman and his wife Ann. Their daughter Mary Hannah Tillman married Richard Green B.1779, my 1st cousin 5 times removed.
I didn't know if you had any knowledge of this cemetery or the people buried there.

Always humbling isn't it. I try so hard not to make a mistake, but we all get tired or skip a step sometimes, it just happens. Thanks for being so agreeable. I promise to be the same when the tables are turned.

Hal, I appreciate you going over to Union and photographing these graves for me. This is my great grandfather and great grandmother.
|Ollie Toporcer||J Hugh Fenters|
My great g'mother was Lucy Ann Fenters (Mrs L.A Fenters) find a grave memorial 33160839 in Rose Hill Cemetery Georgetown SC.
You added a pic of her headstone and I was wondering if there is a headstone for her husband "Jehugh Fenters". He is buried at that cemetery also. I believe he died Dec 25 1916. There is an obit for him in The Georgetown Times Jan 3, 1917. The paper listed him as J Hugh, but I believe his name was Jehugh.
I am not sure where you live but am hoping it's not too far from Georgetown.
Thanks in advance for any advice or help you might be able to offer.

I am trying to find the grave of Ezra Eaddy in the Old Johnsonville Cemetery. I was told he was buried there. Is that Cemetary 100 % photographed? He was a son of Henry Eaddy. He is my gg grandfather. I looked, but I could not find him.

Thank you so much for taking these and adding them to the site. I'm disabled and can't go see these sites anymore. It is a blessing to have this site and people like you. Thanks again.
My mother was a Floyd.
