I have been involved with genealogy for years but more now since I'm retired. My wife and I enjoy doing local cemetery photo requests. |

|David Frederick||Clifford V. Laramie|
My name is David Frederick. My father's mother's name was Ann Laramie and her brother's name was Clifford. So I totally confident this is the grave of my Great Uncle Clifford. Who are the other names on the grave, sir? Thank You.
|TLyons||Malchus and Caroline Harrington|
I photographed the stone of Malchus and Caroline today. There were additional names on the side of the monument.
Freddie Died July, 25,1864, age 1 ye and 10 mos
Lansing Died April 1, 1867 age 1 yr.
I assume that they are children of Malchus and Caroline. Do you have any record of them? Would you like to create memorial pages for them? If you do I can add the photo.

Sometimes we come upon a cemetery at just the right time of day for really advantageous lighting. As you are the manager of many of the Harringtons in Gledhill Cemetery (New Lisbon, NY), we thought you might like to know that there are new photos (including those in the different light, as well as some for whom there were no previous photos) for Charles, Josephene, Lurana, Amelia, Betsey Ann, Sophrona, and Thomas. For some of those, you'd already posted a photo, and we hope you don't take offence to the additions. Most just seemed more legible in that light, and we hope you therefore find them useful (especially when viewed at full resolution). -Scott & Susan ("suscat")

I saw your pictures of Roxanna and James Harrington's headstone. Roxanna and James are my 2nd Great Grandparents. There son Willard was my Great Grandfather. His son Louis James was my Grandfather. My father was Herbert D Harrington. My name is Frances Harrington. Are you related to Roxanna and James? If so, how?
|Lynda Puakea||Julia Ann Harter|
Just found your photo of Juliaʻs gravestone... she is the wife of Henry Harter, my 1st cousin 6X removed. May I use the photo on my private family tree? I always give credit to the find a grave members who allow me to use their photos and am very grateful to them for posting. Thanks so much...

No thanks. You're doing a great job! I appreciate how much time and effort goes into these kind of things.

Robert Antis, Freeman cemetery
Thanks so much for posting his information!!
However, he died at age 46 in Nov of 1840 therefore it makes him born in 1794.
Robert Antis was the son of Henry S. Antis and Margaret Lewis (birth records Reformed Dutch Church of Caughnawaga (Fonda), Montgomery co., NY. It was so nice to find his grave thanks to you. I knew he died in Jefferson county but I had no idea where.

If you want links added to memorials, you can do that by going to the edit tab, at the top of the memorial and putting them in. Memorials do not need to be transferred.

This is in regards to the birth date for Eber Harrington that is buried in the West Burlington Village Cemetery. You have his year of birth listed on the memorial as 1798. I used a birth date calculater and subtracted the age on his stone - 72y 10m 10d from his date of death (3/29/1874) and came up with May 19, 1801 not the 1798 that you had. Could you please make the correction. Thank You Linda

|Leslie Lewis||Starkweather transfers|
Thanks so much for the Starkweather transfers! Say, could you tell me if "Jordanville" and "Old Jordanville" cemeteries are one and the same? If so, I notice about 11 duplicate Starkweather memorials. I tried to contact Find A Grave with no success. I guess there is a way to merge the two cemeteries into one. When I was there with my father a couple years ago, there appeared to be only one cemetery between the church and the library along hwy 167. I'm sure it's the same one.
Anyway, thanks for transferring! A Merry Christmas to you and yours!
