Sandra and I were both already researchers of our respective genealogies before we met. Now, many years later, we work together on each other's families. Our travels to research family history have taken us to Michigan, Georgia, New York, Massachusetts, England, and Scotland. The trip to Scotland had the most dramatic outcome with the location of Sandra's ancestral home, still known as the Nesbitt House after several centuries.

I am a retired teacher and Sandra is the retired director of transit services for Polk County, Florida. Sandra is also a caregiver for her 93-year-old father. Our hobbies are genealogy (obviously!), reading, antiquing, and Sandra enjoys quilting. I have a blog about my family's genealogy and invite you to visit it.
