RE: Joseph Gilgis
Robert,
Yes I would like you to transfer Joseph's memorial to me. I do want to thank you once again for posting a memorial page for him. The time and effort you spend for Find-A-Grave is greatly appreciated by not only the family; but many on this site.
Sunshine and Rainbows from Nebraska,
Mary Richards
PS I have added you to my friends list.

RE: John Verner, Jr.
OK, no problem. I was up there anyway looking for Col. Benjamin Cleveland's grave.

John Verner, Jr.
Robert,

I stopped by the cemetery today that is inside the Chickasaw Point subdivision but did not find a grave for John Verner, Jr. - no graves looked like the picture that you posted for John on F.A.G..

Is there another cemetery? The one I visited was behind the clubhouse next to a house close to the tennis court. There are 2 large rock graves and a handful of monuments. There were no DAR markers.

So I am a little confused as to the exact location of John Verner, Jr's grave. Please clarify.

Thank you.

RE: Cleveland
Is there a way to access this Cleveland family cemetery?

THanks.

Thanks Robert.

I am up that way very often - will try to stop by there on my next trip.

I have several BLAIR ancestors buried in that area too. One is buried there at South Union Baptist Church.

Currently looking for Catherine Harrison Blair grave. She lived in OAKWAY, SC. I found most of here children but not her or her husband Thomas Harrison. Her mother I think was a Cleveland.

Robert,

Is this cemetery on private property now? Can you provide directions/instructions?

Would like to visit the cemetery on my next trip up that way.

Thanks.

RE: Lowe
TY for your kind words - they give my "inspiration." I just made a connection to your Thomas & Marion Hallead. I found the LOWE monument while searching for the Hallead's who are buried in the same plot in unmarked graves. I'll take a photo of the area on my next trip and add to their profiles. I kept revisiting the area for 2 days because I was determined to find them. This is a gorgeous cemetery with the driveways lined in tall pine trees on both sides. There were abt. 50 photo requests so I had fun with generous walks & hiking & great exercise & nature. Let me know if you have any other family which might need headstones - I'm currently photographing each section in their entirety.
