I live in Custer County, OK but was raised in Washita County, OK. My late husband, Roy Gene Willis, was raised in Kiowa County. Our home town is Mt. View, OK. Roy's family goes back to Kentucky and Tennessee. My family goes back to Georgia, Texas and Illinois.

When I located findagrave and found pictures of some of my ancestors, it made me want to get all of them listed here. I soon found myself taking local photo requests and soon, we were photographing and listing entire cemeteries. Beware! Findagrave is addicting, but this is something we both enjoyed.

We both enjoy helping others obtain pictures of their relatives' graves when they live too far away to take the pictures themselves. We like findagrave because it is free and we want everyone to know they may use any of the pictures we have placed on this site for their own use.

I will release management of any memorial to a family member, as long as the memorial is not one of our family.

My goal is for all the graves in Oklahoma to be on findagrave and available to help future generations in their search.
