Bio and Links
Bio Photo The genealogy bug has bit me hard! At least, when I have time to do so! My mother's side of the family is fairly well researched on several lines all the way back to John Alden on the Mayflower for one line, but my father's side of the family had never been researched. It's led me to "meeting" a second cousin, and fellow Find A Grave member, Carolyn Gardner Sturdy along with two third cousins in other states who've become my friends. Together, we've made a great team chasing one lead or another, chipping away layers of information, to make some wonderful discoveries along the way. So much fun!!

I've created virtual cemeteries of ancestors by family name to help aid anyone researching the same ancestors.

I fully give permission to use any photo I've uploaded in the spirit of sharing family genealogy.

I'm interested as to where this information came from?

I'd like to get a copy of her and Karl Lemler's confirmation certificate that seems to be in someone's possession.

Karl Lemler was my 3rd great grandfather.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for sending the Obit info for Viola. I did have a copy of the old newspaper clipping in my album so I posted it to her memorial. Appreciate your work on the family!

James Clark
When looking at the entries of Clarks that are associated with the Bush Creek Cemetery in Divernon, Illinois, that are listed in find-a-grave you will see a second entry by a person named Ann. I have no idea where Ann got her information.

The information that I have entered is correct as I am a direct descendent of the Clarks that I have entered. I have no knowledge of the individuals that you have referenced in your inquiry.

It is an old cemetery and many of the stones are in pieces, particles buried, etc.

Lois Russell Harrington
Hi Shannon. I am presently working on my geneology and we are distantly related! Lois Harrington and my great great grandmother (Mary Jones) had the same husband, Mr. Harrington. Did you know Sarah Elizabeth Harrington Robinson was the first white baby girl born in Utah? Also, that Lois and Mr. Harrington came across the plains together in 1847? I'm finding all kinds of interesting facts. Anyway, Hi from Denver. Sincerely, Julie

added info to Amos Curtis memorial - does't seem to be more than one Ida Curtis at this time, so I guess ok!
