I am recently retired from federal civil service, and my wife is retired from teaching school. We live in the Abilene TX area. We are working on family genealogy and hope to visit all cemeteries where we have relatives buried, at least in the Texas/New Mexico area. Thanks to all of you who have contributed to Findagrave, and we hope to add our contributions as well.|
Note: any pictures I have taken may be used for your family tree.

Dear James. How can I ever thank you for such a service you have provided for me. Perhaps you have some ancestor from Alabama that you need a graveside picture of. Please let me know if you have genealogy queries or lookups that are of interest to you and I will try to reciprocate your kindness. My heart if full in appreciation. Thank you again. Thank you so much for the wonderful photo of my Gr-Aunt Myrtle's headstone photo in the Elmwood Memorial Park Cemetery. That means a lot to me, as I have been unable to travel there and take one myself! Good photo too! God Bless you!

Thanks so much for traveling to the cemetery and taking those great photos of his marker!
You have honored my great-uncle's memory.

Don't even worry about it; all good! Would you believe it's been in the 30's and 40's for over a week in Alaska!?
I keep repeatedly finding graves of distant relatives at Elmwood from genealogy research, since many of my people settled the Caps community in late 1800's and their descendants stayed there.
