I am a retired veteran and genealogist. I work on Fort Knox so I have opportunities to visit some cemeteries on post and in Hardin County, KY.

Dear James, I noticed that you have my 2nd great grandmother, Martha Ennis Richardson Vertrees, buried at St. Patrick's. She is actually at Stovall Methodist Church. Thanks for all you do. I so wish I was retired and could spend more time on what I love to do. Priscilla

Hi there James!
Do you happen to know what H.O. and L.A. Brown stand for in record #94040548? I think this is my great, great grandpa

Hey, just another update on the canteen. I recently just shipped it back to Kentucky to the grandson who saw the find a grave message about the canteen. I have asked him if I could share some pics he sent me if you are interested. Grandson appears to have quite a lengthy and commendable service record.
Thanks .. Phil Grimmett

Would you happen to know who the wife of Thomas was. Could it have been Sarah A. Simmons? If so do you know where she is buried?
Thanks, A Michael Rentch Descendent.

First of all thanks for your service.
If you'd like you can transfer the Frakes grave records to me, James is my husbands 2nd Gr Uncle his wife sister of his Gr Grandma. Since you're taking photos at Fort Knox, if you have any Tate's or Whitworth records I would take care of those also.

thanks for doing this for out of towners

Well, I remove the names of the living and just mention... "He is survived by his three sons, one sister, and his five grandchildren."

I'm so happy I finally found her headstone and where she's buried. I have her children's names if you can edit the entry. Also, her parents' & grandparents' names. I'm her niece... She's my mother's sister.
