Find A Grave Memorial# 46366165
James Russell
DOD: 10-28-1940
Buffalo, NY
Forest Lawn Cemetery

Not sure where you got the DOB from?
Looking at the Burial Permit from Forest Lawn it states he was 62 years, 10 months and 9 days @ time of death and his parents were Washington and Mary Russell.

The James Russell with that date of birth was born in Toronto to a James and Emma Russell....
He was also alive in April of 1942 married to a Louise (Werle) Russell.

Hope this helps you clear up this Find a Grave Memorial with the correct information.

RE: Churchill edits
Sounds like we just interpret the purpose of the link a little differently. Thanks for processing all my edits (I'll probably send more) & for all your work on Find A Grave. You must have visited & photographed every cemetery in Erie County!

Churchill edits
Hello - thank you for processing all the Churchill edits I submitted. I see you did reject my request to unlink Edward (1805-1889) from Martha because: "This edit would remove accurate data." But the link is inaccurate.

Martha was his stepmother, married to his father Edward Sr. in 1822 when Edward was 17. His mother was Edward Sr.'s first wife Margery (Morse) Churchill who also happened to be Martha's older sister.

So linking her as Edward's mother is inaccurate, hence my edit request.

Thanks again for your help & all your work on Find A Grave too!

Edward Churchill #43873889
FYI - I submitted an edit to unlink Edward Churchill from Martha Churchill. She was his stepmother, not his mother. His mother was Margery Churchill, his father's first wife.

I've been doing research on the Burnham family for some time and have further info on the above person referenced. Can she be transferred to me for management? Thank you for the memorial making her easy to fine. MSmith
