Bio and Links
Bio Photo I originally joined findagrave.com in 2002 while researching family on ancestry.com. What a great data pool of info! Since my involvement, I have sadly discovered so many family cemeteries and smaller public cemeteries have been plowed under, paved over or just sadly neglected. Many of our war heroes have no respectable resting place, much less a marker. Many loved ones, many children, have no one left to care for their graves. Please ask your local groups, scouts, churches, civic, etc. to "adopt" a cemetery and take care of it. Monument dealers will work with you on simple markers for these graves. This is our history. This is our heritage. The Veteran Affairs Office will provide free markers for any Revolutionary War, Civil War, Spanish War, War of 1812 and any war on foreign shores. Thank you in advance for you consideration in these matters... and God Bless America!

Dietz Cem.
I am locating the cemeteries of Clark Co., IN on my Google Map Pro program (it is not free)and came across your gps for the Dietz Cem. which you have located on Pixley Knob Road. However, I have the cemetery located on Henryville-Blue Lick Road near the junction with Hwy. 160. (38.540104, -85.780913) Please advise. Bill

Check the gis system for Kendell Green who lived closed to his father whose farm this cemetery is supposedly located. The township is Monroe and not Wood. Hope this is helpful. If you can get me the father's name, hopefully I can locate the farm.
