I have been searching for people in my family tree for over 45 years. The "Find a Grave" website has been so much help. I am happy to do my part in adding memorials to help others in their search. If I have entered a memorial you would like to manage yourself, don't hesitate to contact me. |
You are welcome to use any tombstone photo I have uploaded.
I "stole" this from another FAG profile, but it "fits".

Noticed that you caught Albert as a child of Herman and Ernstine too, thanks, he slipped my mind.
I do want to be sure you are clear that it is my dad, Horace Muckala, who was born at New York Mills not my great grandfather, Herman Koehn. He was born in Germany. We don't know where.

I was browsing findagrave today and thought I'd mention that Herman and Ernstine Koehn have other children in the Trinity Cemetery with them besides Emma Snakenberg and John Koehn.
Their eldest son Robert was the first burial in the cemetery and their daughter Ida and her husband Ed Ohm are also buried nearby.
I don't know if you did all the graves but I also noticed that my dad, Horace Muckala, is listed as being born in Hewitt which is incorrect. He might be the only Finnlander there :) He was born at New York Mills, Ottertail County.
Thanks for your efforts!

Thank you for noticing the duplicate very for Lenora

Wow that's terrible! I don't do cemetery work in OT county. I'm still trying to complete my own county of Grant. Do lots of records though in OT mostly for my friend Marjorie who contributed so many before she died. Appreciate all you're doing!

I am so THRILLED to have the picture you took for me of Robert Miller Pendergrast, his whereabouts has been a mystery to my family for over 150 yrs. The story passed down was that he left Louisville never to be heard of again. I've searched and searched for him, and I am overjoyed to finally have this family mystery solved, thank you again SO much.

Are you related to Nellie Matilda Sams?
Do you know who her parents were?
Thank you for creating her memorial.

I want to Thank You, so much for the photo I received today. I was so excited to get it. I got goose bump when I looked at it. I did not know he was a PVT in a Platoon. Now I have some research to do. I'm at AH !!!!!! I can't thank you enough for your time.
I can't even begin to find the words.
Mace was my Great Uncle. I hope some day to find his brother Harvey Valentine Cole that has been missing. Harvey was my Great Grand father. I would like to think he was there in the same cemetery but I don't think so.
You made my day.
