I'm a retired federal employee who fell into doing some online research for a friend of mine - a McKenzie - and now I'm in so deep I can't get out! Most of you probably know the feeling. But it's a harmless obsession which I enjoy so I'll stick with it until I pull out the rest of my disappearing hair. I try to post most of my findings on Find A Grave so if you're interested in the McKenzie family who settled in central Missouri after emigrating from North Carolina via Kentucky, just enter the last name - mckenzie - in the box to the right and take a look! As for my own family, some surnames would be Fallas, Fallass, Bray, Oechsli, Mills - all of those in the northeastern quadrant of the lower 48 - and, on the Swedish side, Nilsson and Waldemarsson in the province of Skåne län.|

I have added the family Odom marker photo to her memorial page....I really have no problem with people using my photos...even if their name would appear. I think the information is more important than an individual! Anyway, Next time I am out there I will try to find the new marker!

Believe it or not I've actually met him. I had no idea he had passed. He was a nice man. The auction sounds interesting. I'll check it out.
|Kyle Abbott||Rieger Family|
There is a new grave on the family plot belonging to Dr. Ernest Herbert Rieger. He was buried in plot 6 and it was set up so his wife Karin can be buried on top of him. I have pictures of his temporary marker. The cemetery office said that the family was not going to place a stone until his wife also passed. Please let me know if you would like the pictures. He is not on Find a Grave and I have never set up a memorial before.

|Bill Bedell||Palmer Crow|
I went to the office and they checked on Palmer Crow. They have no record of him being buried there. I see that Palmer passed away in 1995. Elizabeth Crow's plot was purchased in 2001. I assume that Palmer may have been cremated and maybe Elizabeth kept them. If his cremated remains were buried with Elizabeth, the office has no record of that. You will have to find out from their children. The office checked for an obituary of Elizabeth that may shed some light on Palmer's remains, but no luck. I hope this helps and if I can do anything else, please let me know. ~Bill
