 | Sarah Lazar Monkofsky Hello again, If it's not too inconvenient, would you or someone you know be able to photograph my great grandmother's grave stone? These are the coordinates I have: Montefiore Cemetery Springfield Gardens Queens County New York, USA Plot: Gate: 90/S Block: 84 Row: 23 Grave: 12 Section: 5
I don't know if this is for her husband Joe Monkofsky or for her. She is not located right next to him but in the same section in front on the street there.
Thank you so much!! Maurice Grants

 | Query I was reading through various memorials here at Find.a.Grave and noticed an image that you submitted for the Scalone memorial, #8143236. How are you able to take an image with such clarity and detail? Do you make any edits with a software program and if so which one? I'm always striving to improve my photography when taking images for others. Thanks, Helen Murphy, Nashville, TNAdded by Helen on May 18, 2013 3:45 AM | | | Brent Stevens

Dear Ronzoni,
I found your name as a Find A Grave volunteer and noticed that you have visited and taken photos at Mount Zion Cemetery, Maspeth, NY. Are you still taking photos in that vicinity?
I have requested a Find A Grave gravestone photo for Hyman Lebendiger and Dora Lebendiger who are buried at Mount Zion. While I don't normally contact volunteers directly, I noticed that other requests for photos for this cemetery have gone unclaimed and I would hope that my request does not suffer the same fate.
If you could claim the photo, take the shot, and upload the image to the page I would be eternally grateful. Please be sure that photos of any Hebrew text on their grave markers (front and back) are clear and sharp as translation might reveal dates and other names. Should you find other burials that appear to be from the same family in the vicinity of these markers I would appreciate it if you would email me those photos so that I can create family Find A Grave pages for them if they have not already been completed.
Thank you for your volunteer efforts and your kindness.
Cordially,

 | Photo Request Hi Ronzoni,
I just found out that my great great grandmother is buried in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Queens. I was wondering if you would be able to take a picture of her grave for me? I would really appreciate it. Here is her info:
Name: Marie Weill Cemetery: Mount Carmel Cemetery Plot: 1-E-41-21-3
For some reason she is listed as Carrie Weill on the cemetery's online list of internments. Her real name and the name of the gravestone is Marie Weill. Thanks a lot!Added by SEK91 on Apr 03, 2013 12:50 AM | | | New York Historian
 | Annie Moore / Annie Moore Schayer FYI, Findagrave removed all the ceremony headstone photos from Annie Moore & Annie Moore Shayer's memorial. Seems to me they are doing this without giving us any notice. How are you doing? | | | Allen Koenigsberg
 | Federgreen Hi,
Are you interested in the family history of the Federgreens, such as Nathan (who was the father (b. 1843) of Irving (born in 1918)? Nathan also had a son named Irving who was born in 1882 (he was 'Sr').
Glad to share info.
