Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been interested in genealogy for almost 30 years. My father's family are all in St. John's in Ensley, starting with my gr-gr grandparents and their children (except for Martin, 11 yr old who died during voyage from Ireland to Boston). My mother's family entered the states via Philadelphia and came in 1720's forward. Her parents grew up in Shipshewana IN and about half of them remained there while the rest came to White Cloud MI. I have lots of cemeteries I would like to visit and hope to visit some in Indiana this summer.

I visited the Town Line Cemetery on my way to Shipshewana and I took a number of grave photos. Enjoy! Terry

This is to let you know that I attached your photo of this lady's tombstone to my husband's family tree. If this is not okay, please let me know and I will remove it.
Thank you,

Ida Winter Foos

I sent you an edit for Ida Winter Foos.

"Winter" was Ida's first husband's last name. Ida's full maiden name is Ida Mae Brack.

Could you also link her to her 2nd husband, Chales E. Foos who she married in 1916?

I don't know if her first husband George Winter has a listing on Facebook.

Charles Foos, Ida's second husband, was my great grandmother's brother

Thank you. I found how to delete my entry that I had sent you. So many new ways to do things now.

I have been working on contacts this morning and noticed that you were transferring the records to me. Thank you so much.
We are having a board meeting tonight to plan our next move, as the cemetery has been surveyed.
Again, this transfer I greatly appreciated.

RE: Anderson Cemetery, Lagrange County, Indiana
As I am trying to locate direct descendents of the interments; I woukld like to be able to update the records. The county cannot help me do this.
I am a member of the Greenfield township advisory board. We are mandated by state law to restore this cemetery. It would be much easier to update the records if I had access. I have no relatives buried there but I was raised with in 1 mile of this cemetery and it was surrounded by my sister's farm.
The township has had it surveyed and we are in the process of starting the restoration. We would sure appreciate you transfering the interments to me.
Thank you,
Mary Lou
