I cannot find an obituary. All I found were his parents, Reed and Sarah Goswick and his wife, Louise or Lois.

Hi Domi, Yes, he was airborne as was alluded to in the inscription. It's briefly mentioned in his obit that I found in the Mpls. Star Tribune: "A veteran of WWII, Life member of St. Paul Chapter 2 D.A.V. and 17th Airborne Division, Association Member of Rosetown American Legion. I suggested the addition of the full obit to his memorial.

RE: Jack D Gramm
I cannot locate an obituary, but I found some info on Ancestry which may or may not be helpful to you. Middle name: Denues. Pennsylvania Veterans Compensation application filed in 1950, he was living in Lebanon, PA at the time. It lists his dates of service as 3/23/43 - 1/30/45 and again 8/21/45 - 12/11/45. Serial #33504358. Separated from service Ft. Story, VA. His enlistment record shows he enlisted in Harrisburg, PA on 3/16/43. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your acknowledgement of the photo of Mr. Gramm. Unfortunately I am not able to locate Mr. Gramm's obituary on legacy.com. You could check a website called newspapers.com. I believe they offer a free 7 day trial. I checked ancestry.com and didn't find an obituary there either. Best of luck.
