Bio Photo FOR APRIL 7-20, 2015 I am having shoulder surgery and may not be able to get to the edits until I can use the computer safely. Please accept my apologies. I will get to them later.

I am a genealogy junkie! I am not as "owner" of graves, nor am I a "Collector" of names. I am a retired lady who has the time to comb records and record names that are not yet on this site. Recently, I had the joy of adding 2 small cemeteries to Findagrave. Something pulled at my heart as I listed babies, families and individuals that I could find NOTHING about. How I hope someone finds their loved ones because of the few hours I spent typing.

I discovered Find A Grave when I was doing a web search looking for information my great great grandfather. Imagine my delight when I found his grave listed by a kind gentleman who was not even related. I decided then, if I visited a cemetery, I would write every grave down, just in case someone else was looking for their relative. I did not ask for a transfer of that grave, I just thanked him for giving of his time to list my families graves.

I have had the joy of meeting many wonderful people who use this site.

TRANSFERS: I will transfer managements of graves UNLESS I AM DIRECTLY RELATED. Please send your request by edit and I will check my family tree. If your requested name is not in my tree, I will gladly transfer it. If it is there, I will explain my relationship to that person and why I do not wish to transfer. Please understand my wish to keep my family grave listings. I am if you had taken the time to walk the cemeteries, search the records and list the names, you would feel the same.

I appreciate all the kind additional information and corrections. (Sometimes we all suffer from fat-finger syndrome and miss the right key!) Forgive me if I have made an error on your loved ones grave. Let me know and I WILL CORRECT IT.

The main names I am researching in my family: Knowles-Sandlin, Patterson - Brown, Gornto-Allen, Delaney-Roebuck, Entrekin- Martin, Beall-Watts and Holcombe -Watson.

And my husband's family, Miner-Hughes, Nail-Bibb, Freeman-Gantt and Rimel- Headrick.

Hi Robin, I just wanted to Thank You for the edits. Someone had asked for pictures of the other Grahams buried near her but I noticed she wasn't on the Mt Olive Cemetery, so I just added her not knowing a relationship. Hoping you have a speedy recovery.

Thanks for letting us know we had added a duplicate and for the compliment about the photos! Really not sure how we missed that, we almost always check before adding a person but sometimes they get missed.
Thanks again, Cheryel and Larry.

Robin, I got it off of his marker. Look at it on Find A Grave. It's very impressive. I see that you found info that says he died in Craven Co in 1880. The Civil War ended in 1865. Hmmmmm! Still a mystery.
