Unfortunately I have moved back to Florida (not by choice) so I will not be doing any more cemeteries in Tennessee. I am currently trying to get caught up with the email backlog. Disabled Veteran US Army (CW3) former AH-1 Cobra Attack Helicopter Instructor Pilot. Please make transfer requests through the edit function on the applicable memorial.|

I am doing some extensive research for the Baker Surname, since being a descendant. I was looking for a Claiborn Caberson Baker with the exact same dates as the Memorial #34136585 which is labeled as a C G Baker. My inquisitiveness, I downloaded the picture to check out the initials and was wondering if instead of it being C G Baker, it looks to me like it is C C Baker. Are my eyes tricking me again or what? Thank you so very much for doing all the hard work you have done.

Sorry about placing him in Goss cemetery, but if you notice, that is what the obit said. I see you have a tombstone on your memorial, and so that must be the correct location. If you want any information from my memorial, take it and I will delete mine later.

I made the changes you suggested. Would you like these transferred? More than happy to. ~Julie

Would you like me to transfer Fred & Maria to you? It appears they started out in Noble Co., Ohio where I first found a grave for Maria's father in an old German cemetery. Then they lived in McLean Co., Ill. (What a coincidence since I lived there 12 yrs., too!) Then some later ended up in Parkersburg, Wood Co., WV, just down the Ohio River a bit from Noble Co.! I am not related, and this one is going to take an actual descendant who's interested in figuring out all the Georges and Freds! (There's another Fred possibility here with parents John & Elizabeth!! https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/M6W5-N61)

Sorry, I don't know who his parents were, and now I'm not even sure this is the right Fred! (There's another one born 1853-1856 in Noble Co. which would be closer to Maria's age so will go back and start over!)

I can't help with the Sophia Riddle photo request in the near future so I didn't claim it, but it raised a question I wanted to asked you in regards to your email. Are you a descendant of the "West" family...or does that part mean something else? If you are, then we are probably distant relatives. - Lance
