I am currently in the process of taking a picture of every headstone in Spring Vale Cemetery (Lafayette IN). If i can get it done, over 17,000 names listed for this cemetery. I will try to update as i go. There is a picture for every headstone in Sections 2, 3, 15 & 34 right now.
If you would like a full size copy of a photo i took (10 megapixel) please email me with the name & cemetery and i will send it to you. If you would like me to add anything to my pages, just let me know.
My parents started our family history back in the early 70's and after they passed away i was given all the information... just recently got the "bug" to continue their work. I am researching the last name "Johnston" from Washington Pennsylvania and Hubbard Ohio and "Nangle" "Rauschenbach" and "McCollums" from the Youngstown Ohio and New Castle Pennsylvania areas. I am also looking for "Mitchell" from the southern Illinois and northern Indiana areas. Please feel free to contact me. | |
