I think findagrave is a terrific idea. It is a way for us to keep everyone around forever. I have often found cemeteries to be very peaceful and many instances they tell a neat story.
Please feel free to email me with changes or requests. Please include findagrave in the subject so I know what it is. I am working primarily in Essex County, although some parts of Middlesex County I am working. (All in Mass) Southern NH is also not too far.

I was able to request a photo for Martin Stiles with no problem today. I'm not sure if you did something (in which case, thanks) or if the problem was something else entirely (user error or software glitch). For some reason, I wasn't able to request a photo for this memorial and for a couple of others.

Hi --
First of all, thank you for all the memorials and photos that you've added to FindAGrave. I really appreciate the contributions that you and other gravers have made to this site.
The main reason I'm writing you is to make a somewhat unusual request. I'd like you to remove the photo of the gate of the Riverview Cemetery in Groveland that you added six years ago to the memorial for Martin Stiles (Find A Grave Memorial# 41502006).
Unfortunately, attaching even a single photo to a memorial turns off the Find A Grave photo request feature for that memorial. I'd like to request a photo of the memorial for this person because I have some doubts about the accuracy of his bio, and the information on his gravestone may help clear it up. I see that you've also added the photo of the gate to the overview of the cemetery, so nothing would be lost if you remove it from this memorial. I think it makes more sense to attach photos of the cemetery to the cemetery overview anyway.
I'm relatively new here, so I don't know if Find A Grave has always had this policy about limiting photo requests or if it's something new. I'm sure lots of people have added photos of a cemetery to an individual memorial with the best of intentions, without realizing that they've blocked everyone from requesting a photo of the memorial itself. It doesn't seem like Find A Grave really thought about the all the consequences of their photo request policy, unfortunately.

Hello my name is David Bruty. This might seem a little strange to you but my mother-in-law soon to be x is Patricia Ann Downey Currie my wife is Lovette Currie Bruty. Pat parents was James F. and Eileen Wheeler Downey. James is the brother of your grandparents John and Jean Downey.
