Bio Photo A 'family historian' for 30+ years I only recently began taking cemetery photographs as time became available...I'm more than happy to fill requests, including those for 2 areas we visit several times each year: Clarksville, TN and Decatur, Illinois. My deepest thanks to all of the incredible volunteers at Find-A-Grave who have advanced my genealogy research tremendously, but even more important, have touched my heart with their many kindnesses and personal letters. You make this site a great one, and I salute you all!

John Forsyth
I note that you posted a photo of George M. Forsyth as a photo of John Forsyth (#66064188). The photo on the bottom is of George M. Forsyth and I'm not sure if the photo above is of John (I haven't seen this photo before). I have the original photo of George M. Forsyth (my ggrandfather) and posted it on his site. Anyway you might remove at least the bottom photo as it may be confusing. Thanks, Don Johnson

RE: Joseph G. Ryan
Joseph's marker does not have a base and is sinking and leaning. If you know someone who is related to Joseph and cares, ask them to reinstall his marker. Lynn Sexton is the cemetery manager.

Richard Wrisley
Hello Karen;
I am sorry but I do not wish to make the transfer of:
Richard Wrisley # 15306608
As it is I worked through F*A*G to get the transfer made from an Inactive contributor, not always an easy task.
Richard is a relation to my sister's family and I am currently working on the entire Wrisley/Risley family for her.
I sincerely hope you are able to locate some other relatives of yours.

Re: Richard Risley
Hi, thanks for the inquiry, I'm happy to know someone else cares! However, Richard Risley is also my 9th great grandfather and I do have an interest as I wrote the bio. If you ever have something to contribute to it, please feel free to contact me, however. Your husband and I are 10th cousins.

Thank you, but I prefer to keep the memorial for our shared ancestor! If you have info to add, kindly use the edit tab so I can include your input.

Thank you for your interest, but I'd like to retain her memorial. She is also one of my direct ancestors.

Mariah/Maria Chunn
Hello. I have added a photo of the Chunn Family Row at Christ Episcopal Church, Cleveland, Rowan County, NC. On the photo I have put text over each family member, including over the space for Mariah/Maria Chunn. The list created in the late 1990's and printed in the Rowan County Cemeteries states that her marker at that time was "broken."

I hope this works for you.
