Bio Photo We have noticed that some people load photographs on Find-A-Grave and post a message saying they are not to be used without permission. PLEASE use the photos we submit if you'd like! That's why we put them on here!!

This whole thing got started with her making a comment that she knew nothing about her family. It has now gotten TOTALLY out of hand!! We have now surveyed every accessable cemetery in Harrison and Mercer County, Missouri and researched those that are not accessable. Now we're starting to photograph them. We have submitted the surveys and photographs to the county GenWeb sites.

We enjoy tracing the "roots" and various limbs of our family trees, and are often surprised at the nuts that fall out! She seems to be related to EVERYONE. Him...not so much. We also enjoy helping others in their search! So if you have connections in either of these counties and have requests for cemetery photographs or obituaries, please let us know. We're not professionals, but we're not too bad at it!!

If we "manage" a memorial you are interested in or are related to, we'd be more than happy to transfer it to you! The exception would be if it were one of our own close relatives, then we'll probably decline the request.

Have fun!!!

RE: Robert W Canton
Meant to say Canton rather than Aldridge.

RE: Robert W Canton
OK. The reason I asked about him is because I am President of the 4th OVC Descendants Assn. We have him listed in our roster as Marquis DeLafayette Aldridge rather than Marcus DelaFayette Aldridge.

Thank you for adopting the cemetery.

Thank you so much for taking the Zerbe tombstone photographs for me. Giving the time to do this was truly an act of kindness.

Thank you for the picture!
Thank you for posting the picture of the memorial for Martha Powell, wife of John Powell. She was my great-great-grandmother, and we didn't know where or when she died or where she was buried.

Hello! Thank you for taking the headstone photo for me for Hannah Hickman! I'm SO excited to see you are starting to photograph the cemeteries around Mercer County and Harrison County! I have a lot of ancestors around there (especially in Mercer County) and many of them do not have headstone photos yet. If you are going to a certain cemetery and would like me to do some photo requests, let me know. I have a question about Yingling Cemetery in Mercer County. Do you think you will ever be able to do that one? I think it is very covered over in brush, and I'm nervous that a lot of the headstones will be destroyed over time. Have you surveyed that one yet? Thanks so much for your work in that area!

Thanks so much for the photos. The cemetery looks like a beautiful, quiet spot. I truly appreciate your time and trouble!
