Bio and Links
Bio Photo I try to update edits at least once a week, so please don't freak on me if I don't make a change in a day or two. I seldom respond back after an edit, because I would be on the computer all day.

Also, I FINALLY figured out how to apply the automatic edits people request. I had 150 waiting for approval and I didn't know they were there. So if you sent something to me a long time ago and got no response, that is why. There was no email sent to me, so I didn't know they were waiting approval. Ding Dong, the light is on now.

I only link to original memorials, so if you duplicated someone else's memorial, I won't link to yours. I dislike the practice of duplicating memorials. Sometimes it is an accident. I have accidentally duplicated before, but some people do it on purpose in order to control the memorial. I won't link to those. There are protocols to get a memorial transferred to you of the owner is no longer active, it may take a couple weeks, but it is possible. So don't duplicate.

I record what I can when I can because I believe in promoting access to free genealogy resources. If you find a mistake I will be happy to correct it.

Please keep requests within the Findagrave transfer policy... namely parents, siblings, grand & great grandparents or 1st generation aunts & uncles. On occasion I will transfer cousins and EXTREMELY close friends.

Helen Louise Corlee
Helen Louise Corlee (El Reno Ok Cemetery) was a cousin of my Dad's, Lloyd Corlee. He was about the same age as Helen and they were close. She contracted Scarlet Fever and her house was placed on quaranteen. My Dad remembers talking to her through a closed window while standing on her porch. When she died, he remembers his parents trying to explain why he would never see her again. This was his first experience with death.

You may add this to her memorial if you want so people will know why she died so young.

RE: James Blew
Angel

In regards to James A Blew. The marriage record in Grundy Missouri, found at Ancestry.com, shows John Blew and Frances L Wisdom being married on 2 Dec 1860. The census records of 1870 and 1880 in Lane County, Oregon, show the Family with James A Blew as a son. I would be interested in the death certificate and how you find the name listed. Thanks

In the Find-a-grave listing for James Blew in the Lincolm Memorial Park Cemetery in Oregon, he is listed as a son of Priscilla Ramsey Blew who is the spouse of Wm Blew. In the 1860 Census all the family listed in find a grave is in the 1860 Census in Grundy County, Missouri except James. Priscilla died in 1866 and is buried in Grundy, Missouri. In the 1870 Census, Wm is with Sarah, a new spouse. Dabney G, who was the youngest child in the 1860 census at age 7 is the youngest child in this 1870 Census at age 16. There is no James in that census. If he were a child of William and Priscilla Blew he should have been in this 1870 Census. Also, Priscilla would have been 50 years of age when James was born which is unlikely. The James buried in the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetety is in my opinion the son of John A Blew and Francis Wisdom. Other members of James family are buried in this same Lincoln cemetery, but none of the children of Priscilla Ramsey Blew are buried there. They are all buried in Missouri.

RE: Find A Grave Memorial# 33347402
Hello,

Thanks a lot. You are my second direct link through FindAGrave after Scott Campbell, a direct descendant of the Biart family I'm looking after.

Question : Is Ancestry.com really useful for such researches ?

Thanks in advance and once more THANKS.

Find A Grave Memorial# 33347402
Hello,

I'm a recent member and I'm looking after the BIART family in USA. Would it be possible that this Grave Memorial is about Crescent Mutter (25/11/1891 Leavenworth, Kansas) married to Jesse Warren Ozmun in July 1920 in El Reno, Oklahoma ?

Thanks in advance,
