Bio and Links
Bio Photo After looking at a 1931 plat book and finding my great grandfather John Pennel owned land near De Soto Wisconsin, that got me hooked on researching my family line.I finished my research and needed to do more,I love walking through cemeteries,so I decided to take pictures for other families. It's like finding treasure when I find a grave marker. The old cemeteries are the ones that I don't want forgotten. Some are in bad shape, and I try hard to get the name off the old stones. Sometimes I have to dig the grass that has grown over the old marker, when there is just a small piece showing. It's so rewarding when I find a name. When I read some of the letters it's like a puzzle to figure who it is. I love the challenge. On find a grave I meet relatives that I never knew and we work together researching our families. Find A Grave is a wonderful place.
The families I have been working on for my husband, are: Berryman, Schwingle, Blabaum, Bartle, Paulson, Engen Hustad. My family Pennel, Hastings, Bates, Strong, Morris, Britting, Horn

RE: Art & Martha Rye
Cindy -- It is very easy to change the cemetery selection on a memorial page. No need to make new memorial pages and delete old ones.

Thank you Cindy, I already knew this but neglected to add it to his memorial. John M Goldrick is my 3x great grandfather. I greatly appreciate you effort in sharing this additional information.

RE: Field
I had photographed most of Pilgrim's Rest during the summer months to put it in book form for the Historical Society.
