Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am still new to the whole genealogy thing. I have only been doing for about 15 years. I am hoping that my children will continue the search.

My Paternal Great Grand father and Mother came from Scotland (but met in Illinois) and my Maternal Family is from Connecticut from the 1652ish. I am in the St. Louis, MO area.

I am working on the Stewart, Robertson, Sage and English Families currently.

Photography is relaxing for me...so I take photos and add them. There is cemetery that I am working on that across the street from my children's school. If you want one of my photos, that is fine, but I do want credit. I however would prefer that they are not added to Ancestry. It is more that you might credit me, but the person that acquires it from you might not.

PLEASE -Turn on your messages. You are missing out on A LOT of info that people may want to share with you.

Please remember, when you start researching a new geographic area, that those living in the area, probably know more than you, but there are some that don't. Like St. Louis City and St. Louis County are very separate, but very connected. Please look at an actual map that has city and county boarders, that is dated for that era, NOT a current map. For example, much of what is warehouses now by river, used to be housing.

Thank you.

Just another twig in the tree.

RE: Tibbles, sec 25 @ StL Calvary
Thank you so very much. It is interesting to note that the son, William Walter Tibbles is noted on that headstone. He is actually buried at Jefferson Barracks.

I am in Southern California. If I can assist you in this area PLEASE let me know. I also do restorations on old and VERY damaged photos. For YOU there will be NO CHARGE no matter how damaged they may be.

I recently was diagnosed with colon cancer. While I truly intended to return to the cemeteries to take pictures, my health problems may require a huge change in my plans.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for the picture.

Meseke photo
Thank you very much for taking the Meseke photo. I have had a time trying to figure out this great grandmother's family. They moved from WI to IL and back to WI, but some of the relatives stayed in IL and now I have found they also moved to MO, WA, LA, and AL. I was hoping I could get the ok to use your photo on ancestry, where I have my tree. I read your bio and understand, but with ancestry controlling Find A Grave now, I didn't know if that still made a difference. I put the info and pictures I have on both ancestry and Find A Grave. Thank you again, Jessica

Thanks so much for the photo of John S. Kolbe's marker. It helped so much. I was stumped on Katie, and this photo helped me find what happened to her after his death.

RE: Calvary Cemetery
Don't go to too much trouble. He may not even be my family, but if you do find a headstone, I will still put it up on find-a-grave as I did with Jas O'Keefe with the hope that someday a real family will show up. Elizabeth
