Born 1943 in Brownsville, Fayette County Pennsylvania. My parents were Andy and Ann (Galinovsky) Brenzovich. My ancestry is Carpatho-Rusyn, Polish and Slovak. As a child I was raised in Fredericktown, Washington County Pennsylvania.
I moved to Alexandria Virgina with parents in the summer of 1958. After graduating high school, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps from March 1961 until March 1967. I married Ida Jenette Jones in August 1966 who is originally from Spiro LeFlore County Oklahoma. We have two children; daughter Tammie born 1968, and son Thomas II born 1971.
After leaving the Marine Corps, I went to work as an employee of the Federal Government and worked in Washington DC most of my career. I retired in December 1994 from the U.S. Customs Service.
I moved my family to Woodbridge, Prince William County Virginia in October 1973 and lived there until July 2005, when my wife and I moved to Spiro Oklahoma as our place of retirement.
I've been seriously involved in researching my family roots since 1999. Since July 2001, I've made several trips to the homeland of my grandfather (fathers side) which is in the Carpathian Mountains of present day Ukraine. I have had much success on my fathers side, but on my mohters side successes have been limited.
Since joining the Find-A-Grave family, I have been able to obtain several cemetery and headstone photos of family members that I would not have been able to acquire. In turn I have had the opportunity to return the favor and receive a great sense of satisfaction in helping others find their family members. | |

Thomas my name is Carol Davis-Ulmer and you have a picture added to Jefferson Davis Atkerson Find A Grave #38741240 of a grave stone and it is not my ggrandfathers grave stone and I was wondering if you would remove it. I take care of the site but I can not remove your photo. I have put up the correct grave stone. The one you have up is his grandson Born in 1936 and died 1937.

On Sarah Coker's memorial you accidentally added two pictures of the headstone that are exactly the same. When you have time, could you remove one of them?
