Mary Sproles Stainback - Oops
I just realized you already had a memorial for her but it wasn't assigned to a cemetery. I deleted the one I created and linked her husband and children to her. I also posted photos of her grave marker. She is buried in Magnolia Cemetery in Mobile, AL. Her plot description is A-Main, Square 31. I don't know the lot number. Sorry about the confusion.

Sporiles Cemetery
I am a descendent of William H Allen. I have come across Mississippi Laws about old cemeteries. By law the County where a cemetery is located must be cleaned and preserved. By law no property owner can prohibit the access to that cemetery regardless of who owns it. There are Civil War groups that participate in these kinds of clean-ups. The County can use convict labor to do the work. The County must by law do this work.
I am going to make an effort to have this done.

Berlie Parker
Hi Sam,

I have created a memorial for Berlie and noted your comments on her husband's memorial page. Do you have any info on her father and mother? Who were they?

Her memorial #110601054

Thank you,
Sheila

Thank you for your kind reply via email.
Thank you for your kind reply Sam. I tried to email you back but for some reason your email address was undeliverable.

I will let you know if I find additions and corrections. I appreciate your creating and caring for our ancestor's memorials. Please keep me in mind if you ever need to take a break from findagrave or wish to pass any of the Harless memorials that you manage on to another dedicated graver!

Sincerely,

Bridget Kelley-Dearing

Memorials for USS Juneau Cl52
My brother,Julian Harding Lewis went down with the USS Juneau. The memorial in Juneau Alaska has been taken down and put in storage as they wanted to add on to their parking space at the pier. I will email you more information.
