|It was very sad to see how many headstones have been completely destroyed by either vandalism or just worn by time.|
I have taken some photos of ones that I did not think would make it much longer.
I hope these prove useful.
My family are the Anderson's, Coke's, Mattingly's, Branigan's, Coley's, and more... :)

Please drop me a message if you photograph any of the other headstones with names of Aud, Catlin, or Teachner. I would love to get them before they are gone forever. Thank you for your efforts to preserve.
Many kind regards

You're the best!
Just got your email thank you so much for offering to go out and see if you can get a larger -closer photo of Abraham's stone.
Many, many thanks

Thank you for your quick response. The photograph that was saved on "find a grave" for Abraham is too small, the inscription can not be clearly read. Is there a chance you or someone can retake this photo and save it in full, high resolution size? I'd be forever grateful to get a larger size photo he's a direct line ancestor. If you do not wish to upload a larger size on Find a grave, please consider sending me a larger size.

|Johanna Land||George Land Headstone|
Hi Penny -
Thanks so much for the photo of the George Land headstone. It's better than the one I had taken many years ago (pre-digital). Yes, it's frustrating that so many are deteriorating. It's been several years since I have been in Carmi and need to get back there to re-take photos of the Land family headstones. Do you live in Carmi?
