Bio and Links
Bio Photo I started several years ago looking for information on my father's grandparents, which led me to all of the other families in my family tree. I now have volumes of information and files of pictures, and lots of books! Someone told me years ago that this hobby would become additive, which it has, but so rewarding. I love finding a new piece to the puzzle. After a trip in 2009 to do research in Washington DC, on family members pension records from the Civil War and research at the DAR Library, for the Revolutinary War, I decided I would look for all of the men who fought in the Civil War with my great, great grandfather (100th Indiana Infantry, Company C, from LaGrange Co., Indiana) I wanted to know who they were and who their families were. So I started compiling info on each of these men. NEWS- (April 2012) I just finished my book and I have several copies available if anyone wants one. It is The Men of the 100th Indiana Infantry, Company C. (I am now compiling information on Company B of the 100th Indiana Infantry). The main families I work on are Rupert, Dye, Lancaster, Walda, Reinking, Holsinger, Oliver. I am always happy to answer questions about any of these families and others too.

RE: Hiram Ebbert or Ebert
Hi Cheri,

This is one of those families where the surname spelling seems to have gone back and forth depending on the person taking the census. I think we should just go with the spelling on the headstones. I submitted requests to clarify what that is.

RE: Hiram & Maria Ebert
They are spelled Ebbert.

You have inserted the wrong photo for this memorial. Please remove it. I already took a photo for this Ben Davis in his own memorial when I created his memorial. Thanks!

Paul Richard Harford
Hi Cheri,

Re: Find A Grave# 61828570 Paul Richard Harford.

That's a wonderful picture that you uploaded to his memorial. I was wondering if you have any more photos of this Harford line. Paul is the grandson of my grandfather, John Delbert Hill Harford's brother George W. Harford. I have no photos of his line and would love whatever you have.

Thank you so much for the transfer of my dad's memorial Cheri. I really appreciate it and the time and work you spent putting it together :-)
