I am a member of the Walker County Sons of Confederate Veterans and the 37th Ga. Inf. Re-enactors. I have spent a lot of years in Walker County cemeteries looking for our Confederate Ancestors. I would be glad to help anyone looking for their Confederate Ancestor.|
You are welcome to use any photo or information I have posted for your on personal use, and will be glad to help in any way I can.

I am trying to find my Great Grandfather Robert Patterson, he was married to Susannah Headrick Patterson. He was born 1806, died 1864. He was in the confederate Infantry. There is a picture of him in uniform at a museum at Shiloh, Tenn.
I live in California so can't be there to search for him.
Thank you for the information on this cemetery. The memorials have been deleted.

Thank you for the information you sent but there isn't a cemetery in Walker County, Georgia with this name. I have deleted the memorial.

Thanks for your effort posting this photo. I always feel better when I have visual proof of where an ancestor was buried.

Thank you very much for the photo for Elizabeth Glascock Henderson. I am afraid I'm very tardy in thanking you, but your work is deeply appreciated.

Sorry to take so long getting back to you.
These memorials are found, going west on Cove Rd. from Chickamauga on 341,turn left onto Camp Rd. short piece turn left onto Shaver Rd. It is located on Shaver property. We had no problem getting permission to go to it. There was no sign showing the name. Hope this can be of help to you.
