I live in North Central Texas. My roots go back to Ireland, Germany, France and other countries I'm unsure of. They arrived in Texas via Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee with names like Brown, Chastain, Brooks, Brooke and Moore.
If you find a mistake on any of my inputs, please let me know; I want to correct it. Let me know if you have additional information; I will gladly add it to the memorial in a timely manner. If you are family, I will transfer it to you even if it is not directly in your line (Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, etc.)because I believe that family belongs with family.
If I inadvertently duplicate one of your memorials, let me know and I will delete immediately if not sooner.
Feel free to use my pictures, etc. on other websites, but please, have the courtesy and scruples to give me credit for them.
PLEASE do not post pictures of death certificates or newspaper clippings of obituaries on any of my memorials. Other pictures are welcome as long as they pertain to the subject person and are NOT PICTURES OF DOCUMENTS. If you wish to add obituary information, send it to me through "Suggest a Correction".
I just love the contributors who are sticklers about staying with FAG guidelines when it comes to not transfering memorials outside a straight line but routinely add bio information with their flowers instead of forwarding it to the owner of the memorial per FAG policy.
Paul Biffel Whitely I am writing about Paul Biffel Whitely, Memorial #27238658. My interest in Mr. Whitely stems from his service during World War II as a Sgt. in the 111TH Army Airways Communication System Squadron. I am researching a relative of mine, John Leroy McDaniels, Memorial #24198833, who also served in the 111th Army Airways. Are you perhaps related to Paul Whitely, or do you know someone who is? Thanks for whatever help you may be able to provide. Respectfully, Bill Norman email@example.com
RE: Stacey Daiy Memorial I'm not sure what that means ?? Did you start her memorial? If you did Thank You . Or do you do the ones in The Loving Cemetary? But yes I would like that. I'll always take care of it. . She was very much into Geneology and finding graves . She would even go on her lunch hour. I miss her every day.
William Crawford Brooks (9557425) Just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for all the work you've done on the descendants of William Crawford Brooks. It has been very helpful in my own research efforts. I really appreciate all the obituaries and photographs you took.
I assume that you are a descendant, as I worked my way into a line of the Brown family at one point, which perhaps you're tied to. I am a descendant of William's brother Thomas Jefferson Brooke, so I suppose we must be distant cousins. Anyhow, thanks again for the significant contributions you've made to the family research!
