I am currently researching my paternal ancesters, Brasfield & Ausborn and maternal ancesters, Cox, Cummings & Addington primarily in Monroe County, Mississippi I am also researching my husband's ancestors which include Simmons, Kuykendall, Hill & Lyon in Clay County.
Please let me know if you would like a family member's memorial transferred or have additional or corrected information that needs to be added to a memorial.
Click on the links below to view my parent's Find-A-Grave Memorials. Thanks for stopping by.
I was also looking for my dad's ancestors and found an intersection here with you. I am looking to see if Leroy has a niece or aunt or cousin by the name of Leantine Brasfield who married Alexander Penny. Of course I am looking for parents and siblings that may have been listed somewhere. I jump between familysearch.org and ancestry.com and here.
Thank you for your time. Good luck in your family search and I hope you are finding much joy in this huge task.
John Dye I had a request to add a photo of John's stone. Find A Grave has limited the number of pictures that can be added to his page. Do you think you could take the photo of the cemetery sign off and add a picture of his stone? If you do not have one, I will add mine if you can take the other off. Thanks.
Thank you kindly for making the requested changes to my great grandfather's memorial. It is greatly appreciated. I was surprised to see that you had transferred maintenance to me.... thank you very much for that as well. You must have been reading my mind that I need to put together info on his 2nd wife and family.
Ann Hopeltine Brasfield Pat was wondering if you have any information on Ann. I am searching for information on Haskett relatives. I have that she is the daughter of John C and Nancy H Brasfield and married D.A. [David Alec] Haskett on 4 Mar 1869 in Jefferson County Alabama. The Haskett family was also in the same Five Mile Enumeration District as was the Brasfield family in 1850 Census. The 1860 Census shows that both families had a Post Office of Elyton, Alabama. I can not find anything past the marriage date. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
