Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am retired and living with my wife of nearly 61 years on the western shores of Lake Whitney in Texas. I have been interested in genealogy for many years but am not a professional. :-) It is a hobby in my old age.

My paternal lines include: SVACH, HAJEK, DRDLA, RICHTEROVA, and MATEJKOVA among others.

My maternal lines include: LESOVSKY, SHIPEK, SIPEK, KALIVODA, KOCIANOVA, and HREJSOVA among others.

I am only a 2nd generation American as you can probably tell from the Czech names of my ancestoral line.

If I can be of service to anyone who finds an error in my memorials or would like to have more details added for your loved ones, please do not hesitate to contact me. Please send an SAC from the Edit tab of the memorial page with the details and I will respect your additions, and corrections.

I am also the Chairman of the Cemetery Committee for the Bosque County Historical Committee so if you have questions specific to Bosque County cemeteries and or interments, please contact me via e-mail, not the SAC.

I wonder if I may have your permission to use your cemetery photo on my family website. Check it out at www.freienmuth-shortridge.com/shortridge/cemeteries.html. This is how I'd be using the photos and obituaries I find on Find A Grave, with 'used with permission' in the caption.

My parents are buried here: Emil and Velma Freienmuth

Thank you.

Many Thanks
Louis,
I can't thank you enough for the transfer of the memorial for William E. Wehunt at Cedron Cemetery, Bosque County, Texas. I have added his info and linked him to parents, grandparents, etc. back to his German ancestors.
I plan to ask for the transfer of his mother, Sarah Drummond Wehunt, also in Cedron Cemetery and some of the Weehunts in Morgan Cemetery, Bosque County.
I noticed in your bio that your ancestors are from the Czech Republic. I have traveled there several times, the last being in 2008 when my husband sang with a choir in Prague. It was on this trip that I fell in love with Czechoslovakia, and a book of poetry that I purchased there.
I am never ceased to be amazed and astounded at the amount of work you have done in Texas. It certainly is appreciated.

Landgraf
I don't have a wife for Theodore, but I do for Max. He and his wife, Hedwig T. Landgraf, share a double stone at St John's Bismarck Cemetery near Clifton in Bosque County. Hedwig Landgraf's memorial #17165009. Annie Landgraf, Max's mother is also buried there and his little sister, Selma, who was born in 1908, died in 1916. I have started the process to have linked.
