The memorials that I have created here on Find A Grave are those of my family, only. I do not list grave locations of strangers.

Please do not 'lift' 'copy' or take or steal any of my personal photos from my memorials, as they are copyrighted by me. Please do not add additional photos of any sort to my families memorials without my permission.

The headstone and monument photos that I have added to Evergreen, Olivewood, and Riverside National Cemeteries, are yours to take and add to your trees, as this is the sole purpose of my documenting these cemeteries, only to help others.

'And how can the dead, be truly dead, when they live on in the souls of those who are left behind?'

RE: Kendall
Yes, I suspect you're correct. I need to ask around and find out which cemetery this obit could be referring to.

Again, thanks for all the help!

Take care.

RE: Kendall
Sorry, I just missed your message when I was posting mine, haha. Yes, I believe it's possible that the Evergreen listed in the obit is referring to a different cemetery, no longer called Evergreen. However, my knowledge of this area is limited, so I'm not sure which cemetery that would be, if so.

Thank you for your help!

Oops, actually, I cannot delete the photos from the memorial as they were not uploaded by me. Would you please remove them and re-upload them to the correct memorial? Thank you!

Joseph Kendall
Hi Brigitte, thanks so much for fulfilling my photo request!

However, I believe there's been a mistake. The Joseph Kendall I was requesting died at age 26 in 1899, and was unmarried. The Joseph Kendall whose grave you photographed was 89 or 90 when he died in 1986 and is buried beside a Lucy, presumably his wife.

I've made a memorial for this Joseph Kendall (#155351707) if you'd like to upload your grave photos there. Lucy's memorial can already be found at #7590421. As I do not believe this grave belongs to the Joseph Kendall who died in 1899, I'm removing your pictures from his memorial.

Thank you for your efforts!

Take care,

RE: Hole
Yes, something of the surrounding area. I can't believe one of the founding fathers of Riverside is just stuck out in the middle of nowhere.

Evergreen Cemetery
Mystery Solved.

Like you, I spent two hours wading through weeds and thorns looking for Floyd and Alice Snyder over the weekend. I went back today and talking with the older grounds keeper, He reminded me that last year we found some 100 series markers behind the crematorium at the West side of Upper 5. So I looked there and found them. I posted several photo's to give you an idea if you look them up.
Thought I would let you know in case you run into any future plots that are in this area.

Take care and talk soon.
