I love genealogy and old cemeteries! If I posted a photo or memorial that is of your ancestor, I will gladly transfer it to you (as long as it is not one of my ancestors). Just ask. |
You may use the Find a Grave Edit function to request the transfer of a memorial to you or to submit suggestions for corrections. If you think that corrections should be made to memorials I've created, please provide substantiating evidence (and be nice about it). I'll get to them as I can.

Thank you! Obviously, he is not buried under a parking lot.

|4th Michigan Infantry||Transfer of the Silas Leonard memorial|
I have transferred the memorial for Silas Leonard to you. Could I ask you to leave the military information (as well as it's sources and links), for the sake of those interested in learning more about the Fourth Michigan Infantry? Thanks, George Wilkinson

This stone (69243051)appears to be the older stone so I'll use this memorial link for my ancestry tree. May I have your permission to use the photo? I will give proper credit! Just let me know~

Sorry I didn't realize you don't live near the Fuller cemetery. Mehetable Mabel Botsford Fuller is an ancestor of mine and I noticed there were two entries that were similar: Mabel Fuller(69243023)1801-1826 and Mehitable Botsford Fuller (69243051) 1801-1825. There appears to be two different stones as well. I'm wondering which one could be my ancestor- she was married to William Fuller and she and her infant died within a short time of each other and were buried together. Do you remember if the stones were side by side? She may not have been right beside her husband since he outlived her by nearly 60 years and married 3 more times. Let me know if you can help me with this puzzle~

Death Certificate (last name Tho on Family Search) lists DOB as 12 Jul 1843. I leave to you if you want to contradict the headstone.

Hello- I have some questions about a couple of the memorials in the Fuller cemetery-do you have an email? I'm hoping you can clarify a couple of the entries for it. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks & I hope to hear from you!

Glad to have helped make the family connection. I am transferring her memorial to you as requested. Apparently a memorial wasn't found for her, when we did the documenting of the cemetery. I will check again, but I believe all the photos were posted. Cindy

You're very welcome. I enjoy when someone finds a relative that I can pass to them for maintenance. Have a great day... Ben
