John Rollins
I cannot find a record of John Rollins marrying Mary Ann McBride. I would be glad to know that source.

I have a USGENWEB Jefferson county Georgia marriage record as follows:

Rollins John ( b:05May1809 d:01Jan1876 both bur BoydCem)m (Mrs Elijah Attaway) Sarah Clements (b:26Aug1817 d:28Sept1872) 21Nov1848.

I'd be glad for any help you have.

SCOTT Laurel Grove Cemetery, Savannah, Chatham County GA

Dear Theresa,

Thank you for addng the links to the memorial for Sarah A. SCOTT JORDAN. She was the first cousin of my gggfather, Lieut. Hope B. SCOTT C.S.A. (1829-1863, burial somewhere in Chatham County - a cenotaph was placed at his son's grave at Jackson Baptist Church in Screven County). I've added background to some of her family's memorials at the websites for Laurel Grove Cemetery in Chatham County and Little Ogeechee Baptist Church in Screven County. Those links will take one back to her grandfathre, our earliest SCOTT in Screven County, James SCOTT Sr. (who is possibly a Revolutionary Soldier, but proof is lacking). Thus, my only link to the JORDANs is through Sarah A. SCOTT's marriage in Savannah in 1870.

May God Bless You and Your Family,

Bob <><
