Mr. Hunt in creating this cemetery you have duplicated memorials created in 2010, misspelled the maiden name of Frances Center and posted a photo I posted 6 years ago that was taken by my parents in 1982 - crediting it to someone else who I suppose "found it" online, perhaps on the original memorial or on my tree on Ancestry.com. Please delete these duplicate memorials and in the future be more careful about your sources, your information and always check first to see that you are not duplicating the work of others. The original posts are accurate and I chose to add my parents' photo of William Perry Center's marker there since the family cemetery was destroyed by the construction of the Cliffs of Glassy housing development. No other cemetery needs to be "created" on Find A Grave for these two people as the issue has already been addressed with the posting of their memorials in 2010.

You're welcome - I just located a better, close-up photo of his name, which I will add to the memorial in a moment. I was feeling badly that I didn't have a better photo, since getting the HBCF to allow me to take more pictures in the church could be difficult!!
It is true that his actual burial location is in a mass grave, marked by only the state of origin. I can add photos of Memorial Hill and the state marker if you wish, but I don't want to use up all the photo spaces if not.

I didn't read the cemetery page before I sent the message about the duplicate. I understand the problem with this but it's likely you will continue to get duplicate notices. Do you participate in the Community Forums? You might consider posting your question there and see if others can give you advice. Good luck.

I transferred the account to you, I don't know her and would prefer someone who does to manage her memorial.
Thank you, have a wonderful day

Hey Jimmy, This is Bill Cantrell, I have a question for you about a person you might be related to. His name is William Hester Sr. A guy I work with Chris Hester, Is trying to find information on him. The searching I have done on him is showing he could possibly be buried in the John Wesley Hunt Family Cemetery in Dacusville. Let me know if you have any information on him if you would please. Hope you are doing well. Thanks, Bill.

I was just curious. I saw the picture of the original fieldstone/tombstone. Is it still there with the new tombstone? I just didn't see it in the picture of the new tombstone. Thanks, Nancy B.

I already got the cemetery moved out of Pickens County and into Greenville County, and can submit these coordinates to the Forums as an approximate location; if you double check and find they are different, let me know and I can resubmit.
thanks so much, Karyn

Hi Jimmy, I would like to get a GPS on this cemetery where you took photos:
It is not one listed by the Pickens County SC GPS Cemetery Project, so I have no reference point to use. Is is possible you could help with a location or GPS on this property?

Hi Jimmy, you are so welcome. It was my pleasure. I wish I could've cleaned it up better but that was the best I could do. We had some rain yesterday so I will check to see if it cleaned it up a little. Have a great week.
