Margaret Janson LaCroix at Old Lorimer
How did you find that Margaret was buried here? I know both her infant children are buried at Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery in Columbia, Illinois. Margaret died the day that her last daughter, also named Margaret was born. The infant girl lived for ten days, then passed and was buried in the cemetery. After that, Jacob and his four sons moved to Cape Girardeau. Just need to know how you located Margaret's burial place, since Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery had no record of her being buried there. Her parents and some siblings are buried there, however.

George Schwartz
If this is the George Schwartz in my family tree, he was born in Germany, son of Francis Xavier Schwartz and Marie Catherine Frieh Schwartz. He was a brother to Francis Xavier Schwartz who lived in New Hamburg. Do you have records to show his father is Edward? Perhaps I need to check further. Thanks!

Thank you again Margie! I also just learned from another new cousin that confirms both Barbara and Lillian are in Christian Cemetery! She has a book that lists the burials are there. Alan

Barbara Anora (Hawn) Mouser
Hi again. I want to create a Find A Grave for my grand aunt Barbara. I am not sure if she also is buried in the Christian Church Cemetery in Fredericktown. I assume she is. Her husband is there and many of her blood-relatives. Do you happen to know if this is true? Thanks, Alan

Hello. I am the grandson of Minnie Elmina Hawn, great grandson of George Washington Hawn and so on. My parents and so forth are buried in the Christian Church Cemetery in Fredericktown, MO. I just wanted to touch base with you as I certainly recognize the Hartle name in doing geneology. Thanks for what you do! Regards, Alan Atwood

Carolina (Ruffert)and Anton J F. Schrock
Hi, Margie Buchheit Hartle,
I was very surprised and pleased when I saw the photo of Carolina (Ruffert)and Anton J F. Schrock that you have added. They emigrated in 1852 from Silesia.
I've Carolina Mathilda Genovefa (1817-1915)in my family tree.
Where did you get this photo - there are perhaps even more pictures from this time?
I would be very happy to hear from you

Huters family of Cape Girardeau, MO
I'm hoping to transfer 12 memorials for the Wilhelm Huters family of Cape Girardeau to a contributor with ties to Missouri. I'm winding down my work on Find A Grave.

May I transfer these Huters family memorials to you?

Thank you.
