Could you provide more details/directions on the Walker Cemetery in Polk County NC. Col John Walker is buried there. I'm not from that area of the country and I'm having difficulty locating.
Thanks for you help.
|Maredia Haddock||Info. Sorry|
Sorry, Benjamin Perry is not linked to the Trammels and I had not read his obit. I really appreciate the info and added it to their memorial. Gave you credit. Let me know if you don't want your name on the memorial.

I was hoping that you had information regarding this person. I believe that this is the son of Marshall Marcus D West and Mary E. Henderson. Dates seems to fit etc. and some of his uncles and Aunts are buried at Jones Cemetery in same area.

Anna Marie Ansel:
I find 3 different years for her Birth.
Grave headstone read 11/19/1843.
Death Certificate read 11/19/1844.
1860 Census(When researching her Brother: Gov. Martin Frederick Ansel) reads 1845.
Her Grave is in Wahalla, SC - Saint Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church graveyard. #85577992
I am a descendant of their Sister ( Caroline Margaret (Carrie)Ansel who married John Henry Ostendorff on 2/27/1868)
I am more inclined to believe the date of 1844 is correct. I have found information that her older Brother ( John Jacob Ansel, Jr.) was born 5/15/1843.
If "1843" was correct that would be ONLY 6 months between them
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL RESEARCH YOU DO.

Hi Kelly, it may be the age of my computer or the age of the operator (!), but I can't decipher what you sent.
|Darrell Landrum||RE: Corporal D J Moon|
Hi Kelly, he is not in the Confederate section of Old City. The Diuguid records state that he was removed and sent to Atlanta. Sorry.
My GGGrandfather is Elijah Edmonds, I'm doing research on the family. First. Thank you very much for all the information you have on his family line. Are you related to him? If so would you be willing to share information? Second, may I ask where you got his birthdate? Is it on his headstone? When I reference his death certificate it shows that he was not yet 73. He was 7 days shy of his birthday. So his birthday should have been the 22nd of the month. I am trying to make sure I record my information as correctly as possible so I am interested in knowing if there is another source for this date. Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Kelly, I just sent you a couple of edits for this gentleman, before I looked at the Diuguid burial records. Their records state that he was removed and sent to Atlanta. If the weather cooperates this weekend, I am going out to Old City to see if there is a grave marker for him. If so, I will get a photo and post to your memorial and will let you know what I found.
