RE: David Henderson Wilson
His father was David Wilson, but his middle initial was A. not R.. There was a David Russell Wilson, son of Zacheus Wilson and his first wife, Mary Russell. This Zacheus Wilson was the one born 1765 and died in 1842 in Williamson County. There is a big mix-up by many researchers who have the two Zacheus men confused because of errors made in the past. What I was noting was the additional Note that had been added with the wrong initial. Did that come from your notes or did someone else give you that information? If you don't wish to change it, that is fine. I am a third-great-grandaughter of Major David Wilson of Sumner County. David Henderson Wilson and my grandfather were second cousins, so I guess that makes Ruth and I direct 4th cousins. I am familiar with some of her research.

Since this is your mother-in-law's connection, I can understand your not wanting to change it.
