Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a professional genealogist who became interested in genealogy about 25 years ago. I also have a "morbid fascination" with cemeteries and enjoy any excuse to visit one. Looking for dead relatives can be almost as much fun as looking for live ones! ;-)

I'm a member of several lineage groups including Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War (DUVCW), and Dames of the Court of Honor. I'm also a "senior" leader for the Children of the American Revolution (C.A.R.). If you have an interest or a question about any of these organizations, I would be happy to answer it for you.

I've lived in California my whole life, and now live in lovely, scenic Lompoc. There's not much to do here, but at least it's quiet.

Before relocating to Lompoc, we took many photos in the Palmdale/Lancaster area cemeteries which I have not had a chance to post yet. If you are looking for someone's headstone out in that area, I can check to see if I have it.

If you have a question about any of the memorials or photos I've posted, please feel free to contact me. Also, if you are requesting family links to other memorials, please indicate the source of your information (i.e., death certificate, marriage certificate, personal knowledge, etc.). Before requesting that a memorial be transferred to you, please be sure to read Find A Grave's policy on transfers in their FAQs section at http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=listFaqs.

Finally, if you borrow one of my photo for your files, ancestry.com tree, or anything else I would appreciate it if you would a) ask first, and b) remember to give me credit me in your source citation as the photographer. Many Find A Grave photos are turning up on Ancestry.com without even noting from which cemetery they came. It is important to keep track of the provenance of the photos so people know who to contact for questions.

Thank you!

RE: Henry & Lucy Sweetser
Glad to be of help! As you can see, the marker had a flag and flower planting, so it appears to be in good hands!

Amos Newton and Edward M. Frazer
I'm a descendant of Abner Russell Frazer and Eliza Turner Frazer. According to the family record, Amos Newton was born Feb. 15, 1866 and Edward M. was born on April 30, 1868. Don't know which one is incorrect but wanted to input my personal information. I'm open to any information on this family. Especially information on the burial sites of Abner Russell Frazer and his wife, Eliza Turner Frazer.

RE: Rev. S. A. Winsor's Memorial
Please pardon my slowness in responding to your request to change the name from Stephen Augustus to Samuel A. I have been trying to locate the email requesting the original name change but to no avail. I have defaulted the listing back to SA Winsor with a note in the bio that I have been provided with two different names for Mr Winsor. It seems to be the most respectful way to honor first the memory of the Rev SA Winsor and to respect the wishes of both parties requesting the name change. I hope you can understand my dilemma in trying to resolve such a matter. It certainly is a 'what to do?' kind of moment.. Sincerely, Luie

RE: Thank You!
I will be adding Dr. Franklin S. & Laura M. Wilson's memorials also. Their names are on the back of the Delaney stone. If they are related to you, please let me know your ID# and I will transfer them to you. I wonder if Laura is Jerimiah & Zella's daughter.

Barboe
Hi, I added ten of the Barboe's headstones from Graceland Cemetery, Sioux City, Iowa. I could not find Ellen Bertha and Louis Albert. I didn't see them with the others, maybe they didn't get headstones. That would be odd though, I think.
